If your organisation would like to record audio and/or video at an event, we offer audio and video recording and post-production services on-site or at our black box theatre and studio space in Shiptonthorpe, comprising of the following:

• Filming in high-definition using up to three cameras;
• Audio recording (dialogue and singing) using multiple studio-quality microphones and headphones, and digital recording equipment;
• Stage lighting and programming (only at Starbrite's theatre space);
• Mobile stage curtains and sound recording booth;
• Media disc (DVD/Blu-Ray) duplication, printing, and packaging in plastic library cases using your organisation's name, logo, event name, and own artwork.

We offer two different pricing models, based on whether you require filming and editing only or whether you would like Starbrite to provide media copies of your event.

All prices are for a single performance film shoot only lasting no more than six hours. Please contact us to discuss arrangements and additional costs if this is not possible for your organisation.

Prices do NOT include any licensing required by the copyright holder to film the show.

Filming and editing only

This option includes filming and basic editing^* only (DVD or Blu-Ray discs are NOT supplied). Starbrite will provide a single master copy on disc or upload onto an online service for viewing.

The cost for this service is £400.00 + VAT.

  Filming and media package

This option includes filming, basic editing^*, and copies of media on DVD or Blu-Ray disc. Prices are based on the number of discs required, as show below:

^*Includes sound recorded from camera microphones only and does not include any special effects. More advanced editing such as visual special effects and including much higher-quality externally recorded microphones can be provided at an additional cost of £40.00 + VAT per hour. Please discuss this with us prior to your event to arrange a quotation.
