  A professionally filmed IDTA themed showcase celebrating every dancer

  Star Dancer, Star Performer and adult classes are each preparing one or two routines, which will be professionally filmed as part of an IDTA themed examination showcase. Everything happens in normal class time, so there are no extra rehearsals or show dates for families to arrange.

  Key dates

  • Filming: Monday 5 October to Wednesday 21 October 2026
  • T-shirt order deadline: Saturday 26 September 2026
  • Exam payment deadline: Sunday 1 November 2026
  • The Starbrite Oscars: Saturday 19 December 2026 (free entry for every showcase participant)

  Every exam entry includes an IDTA examiner's assessment, an individual written report, a certificate, a medal or award, and performance footage.
